The AutoMod name, website, and bot are protected as intellectual property under applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not use our name, logo, or branding without prior written permission.

In no event shall AutoMod or its operator be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the service, even if AutoMod or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

AutoMod may revise these terms of service at any time without advance notice. By continuing to use the bot or website after changes are published, you agree to be bound by the then-current version of these terms.

Purchases made through the website or via Patreon are covered by a 4-day refund guarantee. To request a refund within this window, please contact the developer directly. Initiating a chargeback instead of requesting a refund will result in the loss of the purchased product and revocation of access to paid services.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
